Should I wear socks over my shins if I get shinsplints?

Hi I find that new balance has a good selection of sneakers & a knowledgeable staff that can handle such common issues such as shinsplints.
which btw I find that ballet exercises very helpful for treating shin splints.
I wouldn’t bother taking a class, just go borrow a book from the library or check out the net. However also swimming & walking helps.
I like champions(Or whatever they are called) And I wear socks that go almost to my knees…… I just love my high socks…..

Shin Splints require laying off of whatever exercise is giving them to you. I don’t think socks will help!
