When I was walking through my living room I stepped on a needle, the needle went right up through my sock into my left foot and is now stuck in there pretty firmly. there's still about a half inch sticking out but it was broken in half. I've tried pulling it out and the thing won't budge, it only causes extreme pain, I need help asap!

Go to the emergency room and get it taken out. They can anesthetize your foot, and take it out with little damage. You don’t know what it pushed into your foot and an infection is possible. They will give you an antibiotic to prevent an infection.
If you can’t drive with that in your foot, get a friend to drive you, or call an ambulance.
:O
go to the emergency room NOW!
U really should pull it out, soak your foot in warm salty water to clean the wound & apply tea tree oil to prevent infection. C your doctor for a tetnus shot if u need it.
go to the ER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Soak it with water as if you were taking a shower then get 2 fingers on both sides of the surrounding part of the neddle get a napkin and where the needle is, push the napkin through the needles TOP point, then try to pull it out, immediatly cleanse it and put a bandaid on then elevate foot constantly using an ice pack on your foot.
Go to the ER. It’s not worth you being stubborn–you’ll look dumber if you don’t go than if you do. The more you pull, the more "stuck" it’s going to get, the more likely you are to get an infection or tetnaus and the more likely you are to damage a nerve. Let the professionals fix you.
I would go to the Emergency Room or a doctor if I were you. You could try using a pair of needle nose pliers and I would clean the area with Hydrogen Peroxide or Alcohol if you get it out and put Neosporin on it and bandage it. Ouchie.
