I am 6 2 and 214

For chaving try gold bond medicated powder and air the area at night

Your socks may have too much nylon and you get "rug burn".
Make sure they are mostly cotton. Be sure that you are rinsing "all" of the soap out of the socks!
You may have to stretch your shoes in certain areas to allieviate rubbing and mechanical pressure. Old shoes become an issue also so be sure they are correct for your feet. Let the blisters dry and heal before attempting at making more, eh.

You may want to try walking on safe concrete, sand or dirt area's barefooted to build up calouse skin on the bottom of the feet. this should be done gradually and carefully if you do, but bare feet do build up the skin layers on the bottom of the feet.

Moisture and friction may be the problem in the chaffing area. Be sure the clothing used is soft and not conducive to the problem. IE too much nylon, rayon or petroleum based material in the clothing.

The medications you are using may be the problem.

As always visit your doctor for any and all medical conditions.
Good Luck and happy running
