Should I wear walking boots or walking shoes when fell walking? Simply if your going to do a marathon distance walk then you will need shoes not boots. Boots do not provide the motion that the foot needs and almost 90 percent of the time will be too heavy. So in a nut shell you normally need boots for the trail but not for the streets and low level walks The best walking shoes should bend and twist with your feet watch out for cheep shoes that are too stiff. The more fell walking you do the more you will come to understand the different terrains and weather conditions which will normally dictate the type of footwear you need. Personally I use a light weight boots for most of my walking, and sandal type shoes for low level walks, but only in good weather. It might also be worth checking out running type shoes as the technology and design of these appear to be more thought out then you basic walking shoe, which sometimes go with the current market trend instead of considering all round performance.[phpbay]walking shoes, num, "", "Laces baby vintage depeche mode toddler dog doll"[/phpbay]
