Fellwalking should be easy

How do you walk when your on low fells is there any specific technique for fell walking? Sure there are many types of walking methods for instance there is race walking, rambling, power walking to name just a few. Scientists will tell you that its all in the posture, as my farther used to say shoulders back, but be relaxed its not like being in the army! Arms should be bent at 90 degrees, and now comes the difficult part you should swing your arms in time with the opposite leg. Keep your steps at an equal stride, keep your pelvis slightly pushed back beneath your torso. Look ahead , but keep you chin just a little tilted downwards and keep your back straight and walk tall. If all of that's sound too difficult then you could always revert back to Alfred Wainwright method of putting one foot in front of the other!
